First Arb Tree Services

Until the Summer of 2020, we were the tree surgery arm of Nature First, a long-established, well-respected firm with a loyal client base across Gloucestershire and beyond. We made the decision to go it alone but we're the same team operating out of the same premises, and we take just as much pride in our work as ever. We work for the NHS, Local Authority Schools and Multi Academy Trusts, Cheltenham Borough Council, plus property management companies including construction and various other contracts. We are very competitive and do not charge admin fees when applying for planning for work in conservation areas and trees with preservation orders.

Nik, Craig and Jack did a fantastic job on 5 trees that needed some serious trimming/ felling. Nik in particular supported us through the TPO and planning process for some very large horse chestnuts, offering really helpful advice and guidance. He is very knowledgable and diligent in his work. On the days they were here, they were fast, efficient and left everything really clean and tidy. Would highly recommend! Thanks so much!

First class service in terrible weather felling two dead apple trees and expertly pruning two more. Timely, pleasant and very professional. All requests considered and lawn and hard standing cleared of debris. Will definitely use again.

100% reliable and are amazing at what they do. First Arb have maintained some evergreen trees for us and also removed a couple trees. They always clear up afterwards and their charges are very reasonable. I highly recommend them ⭐️

Did an excellent job of removing a 30 year old bay tree which had had its day. We were also very impressed with how they cleared up afterwards. Excellent workers and we would have no hesitation at all in recommending them. Very pleased with the work done.
