Had a few queries about the configuration of the gates but they were resolved with great communication.The teams who came to fit the gates were considerate, knowledgeable and put thought in to what we needed. Not only do they enhance the look of the property with their bespoke design made to match the stonework and metal work of the existing house, but they also provide security. Julie5 StarWe are really pleased with the gates fitted by Empire Gates. Their price was much better than other firms we got quotes from but the quality just as high. They do a quote instantly on the drive and email it to you. They customised them with extras like timers and battery back up. We live in a notoriously bad phone signal area and they kept coming back and tweaking it until it was right and same with gates when they settled in. Nothing too much trouble and they are always there at the end of the phone like when we had an all day power outage and James got us back up and working again.
