Having lived in Brixham for 4 years with a large sloping garden, we were considering moving as we had been unable to find any local firms willing to tackle our terracing project. Luckily we found Andy and his very skilled and professional team. We are delighted with the result which can be seen on their website and Facebook page. Thank you so much Andy, Jamie, Karl and Tom.

Emerald Landscapes have just completed a large garden patio and driveway for us and we could not be happier, in fact the completed job is amazing. Andy, Jamie,Tom and Karl are a great team, really professional. The work has been completed to a very high standard indeed. I would thoroughly recommend Emerald Landscapes to any one and will certainly use them again. Thanks Lads!

Stroppy and beligerant. Left half way through a job after we asked for some errors to be corrected. Seriously un professional attitude from Andy - the "owner ". He built a flight of central stairs from a driveway at the wrong angle, it was impossible not to notice - by simply using a tape measure as block work was installed it would have been spotted and could have been rectified very easily . Refused to acknowledge it ,and despite us protesting, refused to put it right or even discuss the matter further. - We also paid for custom fencing and a garden gate to be installed at the front of the property - costing over £1200 . We got fence posts in the wrong place , clad with cheap and flimsy shiplap attached with screws . - The garden gate was no more than £50 from eBay - we've seen a hundred of them before and when I complained about how cheap it looked he refused to tell us where his local " bespoke" gate supplier was - - he left building boards on site for well over a month and refused to pay any storage fees for leaving items all over our drive - he later returned to the property and trespassed to remove them without clearing his bill. (I would say that his sons installed the fencing at the site and did a great job - they were on time and were polite and courteous and we would have had them back ) We plan to take Andy ta; " Emerald Landscapes and driveways " to Court for clearance costs and remedial work. I think that says it all. I would also check companies house as part of your due diligence. We would not recommend Emerald Landscapes and driveways from Paignton.

As the owner of Emerald landscapes rarely have I met such a rude and abusive person. His behaviour to my workforce, who are also my sons, was inexcusable calling them every four letter word you could think of when they had worked until 6:30. The truth Of this job is that we were building a return to an already existing wall which had been fully explained to him but as he doesn’t like spending money he didn’t want to build a new wall. The steps were dug out for a complete week and set out by a line marker for his approval which he never queried, he only ever paid half the money and his Wayne advance on materials and labour. He was impossible to talk to, rude, ignorant and threatening and I very much relish my day in court, not for James’s justice for British justice. I would advise any tradesmen to go nowhere near this person as he wants 10 thousand pound jobs done for 4 thousand. He threatens people constantly with the police and is someone I wouldn’t go anywhere near.

Andy has been brilliant hasn’t finished yet but has superb work ethic Great time keeping ... Keeping me up to date every step of the way....Attention to detail is unsurpassed ..can see my garden is going to look superb would recommend Andy and his sons to anyone ...Karl has been a powerhouse. Anyone that needs their garden landscape should contact Andy and his team.
