Chris and the team were brilliant from start to finish, I wasn't really sure what I needed or was most suitable for my needs, Chris was very knowledgeable and responded to my numerus queries in a timely manner, there was a good range of spas on display at Wadebridge which gave me an idea of the size and the build quality. Decision made... Team delivered on the day promised and did a sterling job (even when the rain came) absolutely delighted, should have bought one years ago....

We got our tub and was delighted by the service. The Aspen tub is brilliant and very efficient to run. You get what you pay for. I'm impressed by the sound system, it brings a nice party vibe whilst enjoying it with family and friends. Chris was very helpful at setting it up and has helped us with the water levels. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

What a terrible company this is. I ordered an ex-display summer house and paid a deposit. At the time of ordering I explained to Chris, the owner, that the site for it was down a long path to the bottom of the garden, however when he came to deliver it he wanted more money as it was more than 15 metres from the road, not explained at the time of ordering. He also said the base wasn't good enough, again no specific detail about the base when ordered. Chris didn't even get out of the van and just shouted that he'd give me the money back, I'd paid the full sum by now. However the only money I was sent was minus the original deposit, he then got someone to tell my the deposit was non refundable, again this was not said originally. Since then he has not been returning my calls although one of his employees told me they would send back half the deposit even this has not been paid. Do not deal with this company, the customer service is terrible and he is very difficult to deal with.

Great products, fantastic customer service. I would totally recommend the company. they went above and beyond what I would expect and nothing was too much trouble. I have no doubt that if we ever need support int he future we will be able to get all of the help we need. Excellent!!
