Chris at ELA Design produced drawings for 2 new build properties for us. He then advised us on the best way to navigate our way through the Planning process which can be lengthy. He then applied for Planning on our behalf and we received full permission within a few months! We would never have achieved the same result ourselves and certainly not that quickly. There were a few issues to overcome with the Planning Dept. along the way but these were resolved swiftly and professionally making the whole process totally stress free for us. We cant thank ELA Design enough for their help and would recommend them to anyone going through a similar process.
