No show - At first seemed okay with appointment booked in for tree surgery. A few date mix ups from Adam on when he was free, but after discussion a date freed up earlier and he booked us in. Disappointingly, despite a text the day before reminding Adam of the date and time which he confirmed, he failed and show, claiming it wasn’t put in his diary. After explaining it wasn’t acceptable or professional and that we would look for someone more reliable, he stated ‘oh good, it wasn’t realistically worth my time anyway’ and also just replied with a thumbs up. How anyone can expect to run a professional outfit without basic admin skills and with an attitude this poor is beyond me. Clearly professionalism, customer satisfaction and care in the job are not qualities you will find with this business. I would look elsewhere.

I have a multi trunk sycamore in my back garden and probably should have come down years ago but it needed a good trim in height and width. I contacted Adam at Eden tree services, he promptly called to assess the job and quoted me an excellent price which he also Emailed me. The work completed on the Monday to a very high standard the debris were cleared and left the area completely tidy. I cannot recommend Eden tree services highly enough they are highly professional efficient and polite. I had three quotes one came in £400-00 dearer and two £300-00 dearer. There standard of work is outstanding and it’s well worth contacting them for a quote I doubt they will be beaten. Many thanks Adam and Adam.

Thanks to Adam & Adam for the excellent work carried out on my huge tree 🌳 everything left neat and tidy in both my garden and neighbours. Pricing good and would strongly recommend. Oh and a special thanks for getting rid of the laurel and sky rocket which were growing at a 45° angle.

We are delighted to recommend Eden tree services with a huge thanks to Adam & Adam! Our garden was in desperate need of some tree taming which were depriving our grass of light, the area was completely laiden with tree carcasses where we had attempted the job our selves, along came Adam who quoted us a very competitive price and promptly opened up our much loved garden allowing her to breath once again, they were professional throughout, extremely approachable and knowledgeable, the job was carried out swiftly and left immaculate, they have been without a doubt the best investment we have made all year! What a super team, thank you.
