E & P Building Design was set up in 1975, following

Mr Stuart Harrison’s success in shop, bank and

bar fitting and general building, which was

based in Wiltshire, and he and his family moving

to Suffolk.

Mr Harrison had previously acted as an

architectural surveyor for a number of clients

in Wiltshire, producing plans and drawings for

both new developments and extensions and

alterations to existing buildings for both residential

and commercial properties.

He has worked as a Building Surveyor and a Principle Planning Officer for a number of Local Planning

Authorities on a part time basis over many years, and has a good understanding of both the public and

private sector. His last position as a Principle Planning Officer involved the control of the construction of

the new Village of Cambourne in Cambridgeshire where he supervised the developers in respect to

compliance with planning and development control, until he retired in 2004.
