David is very personable and when carrying out the survey keeps you involved at every step of the way to ensure you are on the same page, taking all of your ideas into account and also giving valuable advice.
Clear timelines are given on how long the process takes from draft drawings to council sign off and David has never deviated from this. He undertakes all the submissions required and talks directly to the council on your behalf, so you can sit back knowing full well this is all in control and just await regular progress updates.
David is friendly and responsive to all questions you may have throughout the process, as are his office staff that cannot do enough to keep you happy.
