Ann Richardson5 StarJudy offers a complete service. She designed a house, that is both beautiful and fits in perfectly with with nearby properties. She has a huge range of knowledge and experience. She arranged all the surveys that were needed, also dealt with the various aspects of planning. She has a great deal of knowledge of dealing with the planning department. We decided creating office space in the garden was the way forward and having seen some of Judy’s concepts that demonstrated exactly what we wanted to achieve, we looked no further.
Judy took our idea and created it exactly to our requirements. Time was taken to understand what we were looking for and her advice on planning regulations and building size was invaluable. Taking responsibility for liaising with the Planning Department which ultimately led to planning approval was also something we hugely appreciated.
The service provided by Downes Illingsworth was valuable to us in terms of saving time and money, whilst achieving exactly the result of creating a space that works for our needs.
