Bought a small tree a few weeks ago and it's doing amazingly well. We visited the cafe and had the largest, lushest cream scone ever on a 2 for 1 offer. So, well.pleased with this place. There is also a small Sainsburys and a butchers in store. Well worth the very pleasant drive out (Stratford upon Avon)

This is a lovely garden centre, with nice cafe and good selection of plants and indoor gifts etc. Easy to find and good parking. Would have been 5 star except for the attitude of a few of the staff. The two people bringing out the food have obviously never heard of service with a smile and almost threw the food at us. The girl called to sort out a problem on the till was condescending to the point of rudeness. Considering it took them a good 15 minutes to sort out the problem, an apology would have been appreciated!

After leaving a super positive review a few weeks ago after our first lovely visit, I’ve had to delete it and re write a new one after returning yesterday and leaving feeling disappointed. My little girl absolutely loves the soft play, it’s just perfect for us parents so we can sit down and watch them play without having to chase them around. Yesterday after entering the soft play me and my sister in law must have been sat down for 5 minutes until this young girl with blonde hair came charging in with a clip board and was demanding all the parents in there to go out and pay. I politely told her that we have just come in and we will pay once the queue dies down as it was going out towards the entrance… (there was no way my little girl was going to wait in a queue that long when she can see the play area and there was no way she would play in there and let me leave either!) This girl rudely turned to us and said ‘well it’s pay before you come in!!’ Her tone was so rude I was shocked. She clearly doesn’t have children so couldn’t possibly understand the challenges we face sometimes just to keep them from melt downs!!). As she went out the door she then turned around and said ‘and have you all had 60 minutes as that’s all you’re allowed’! It’s a real shame as it felt so policed yesterday and us mums spoke amongst eachother and agreed that it didn’t feel a nice atmosphere. It’s a shame as it’s a nice place to relax and have a coffee while watching your children play but it didn’t feel like that this time. At the end of the session I paid for 3 coffees which was over £10, I think this should be enough for your children to go and play in the soft play without charging families the extra £3 on top, it’s overpriced. I’m disappointed with the visit and the way the young girl spoke to us all yesterday and it’s caused me to re edit my previously good review. And some last feedback, I think you need to concentrate on serving the customers out side in the restaurant as the queue is always so long, before going in to bully everyone in the soft play!

Have been @ 3 times now and they never seem to have what I am looking for and also seem expensive. Lots of empty shelves. I used to quite like Wyvale and so far it does not compare since being taken over, although other Dobbies stores have been really good.. We like to try different places so may well go back but not for a while, hoping they sort it out. Update - now better established and is much better they have a small sainsbury's area which is very handy along with the existing butchers.

This cafe always used to be great....plenty of selection, good coffee and fairly good service. The service is still pretty good, but there is a distinct shortage in choice of food available. I'm aware there are shortages everywhere, staff and food, but to not serve the less expensive choices is not a good marketing decision. Whilst we were there a neighbouring table of 6 we're disappointed due to no toasted sandwiches being available, and the signage telling people this was small and easily missed. Personally I chose a scone as I didn't want a full meal. Family members that were with me also said there have been occasions where there has been no chef, so no food. They still use the cafe as it's easy for my grandmother to get around with her Walker. The garden centre itself has changed a great deal. There is now a Sainsbury's concession, which is great for some quick essentials, but sadly is not what you expect from a garden centre.
