I approached DMW Architects to provide some initial advice on a loft conversion and wider works to our home. I found Sean and his planning consultant James extremely friendly and professional not to mention helpful in promptly setting up an online call (during lockdown) to explore further our requirements and how they could help, and then following-up with emails to explain further our options. Likeable from the off, my wife and I felt Sean was fully interested and engaged in our project; listened to what we wanted; and then displayed the flair that can be seen from the gallery of images of projects his website shows. Very happy to recommend.

We worked with Sean from DMW on planning and design for our family house and externals. From day 1 we clicked, and he made the process really enjoyable. He brought a vision that we couldn’t have imagined ourselves, and then we continued to work collaboratively with him and the fabulous builders he recommended (Howarth) to make the absolute most of the space, and to make it work perfectly for us as a family. Due to some minor alterations to plans with our garden, despite moving into the house 2 years ago we have remained in contact with Sean and he has continued to advise us and help push through the approvals from the council, which finally came through recently. I can’t recommend him more highly- he’s remained calm and good humoured throughout the process, and helped us deal with all the ups and downs of the journey. In this lockdown year especially we have spent so much time in our home, and we have been so pleased to have this haven to retreat to, designed by DMW. It’s a big leap of faith to pick an architect, but I advise you to take the jump with these guys!

They certainly lived up to their billing and delivered a new build design that successfully negotiated the minefield of the planning process! We immediately clicked with Sean, and DMWA prepared some great designs for our home renovation, and supported us right through the design, planning, and construction processes. Everyone we have dealt with in the office has been lovely, and we couldn't be happier with what they have done for us, and would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone. thanks guys

DMWA drew up fantastic sets of drawings for our first floor extension and loft conversion. Really friendly with a great eye for detail, we received four sets of drawings covering everything the builders need. The guys were very happy to bounce ideas back and forth so we ended up with something we're really happy with. Would highly recommend.
