We recently used DMD architecture for our extension project. Dylan was quick to respond and made some good suggestions . He provided accurate and detailed drawings which only needed a few minor adjustments before we were happy. Dylan dealt with the planning permission and kept us informed of when there was a delay (due to coronavirus lockdown). Dylan kindly recommended 2 builders to us whom he has worked with previously. He arranged contact with a previous client when we asked for a builders reference. We are very happy with our extension and have received numerous compliments on it. We would use Dylan again.

Extremely pleased with Dylan at DMD Architecture. If it’s a professional job you’re after with very detailed drawings then I would definitely recommend Dylan. From start to finish everything was done on time and he kept me informed every step of the way. Another thing that made it run smoothly was that we used one of his recommended builders who was familiar with his designs. I have recommended him to several friends and would definitely use him again.

I contacted DMD architecture a month ago about a garage conversion. Initially I received a very enthusiastic response from Dylan saying he had lots of availability the following week for an initial meeting and offering me a choice of 3 separate dates. I emailed straight back to book in the meeting. I couple of days later I noticed that Dylan had not confirmed the meeting (though it was at a time he offered). I sent a follow up email and phoned his landline and mobile, leaving a voicemail. Nothing. He never showed or contacted me again. If you are looking for a rude and unprofessional time waster then Dylan is your man!
