a big thank you to Sean for making my front garden look so wonderful, we have had plenty of compliments. thank you also for sorting out the porch roof. we don't stop there, Sean has made a great job of my summer house and decking, can't fault the work, happy to recommend, will be getting him back very soon to do more work for us. it's a pleasure knowing him, hard working, trustworthy and very loyal to his work. my neighbours have also been very happy with the work he has done for them.

After trying several tradesmen, it’s been a delight having these men work on our property. The “can do” attitude and pride in one’s work has become a rarity in property work these days, but for Direct Property Maintenance, it seems the basis of their work. We started with them building a wall in our garden and they have sufficiently demonstrated competency and trust to renovate our house from top to bottom. I would probably describe them as the roughest diamonds I’ve ever met and I’d trust them with any aspect of property maintenance. I can not recommend them highly enough, although, I’d probably not suggest them to the local vicar, unless he’s hard of hearing.

In all aspects of his work, all I can say is Excellent. Sean is an honest genuine guy who not only done an great job in our excavating our garden, he gave advice and contacts that have saved me money and helped me to finish the job. I would definitely use Sean again and recommend him to anyone who needs work done in their house and/or garden. Thanks again.

I do not often write reviews but on this occasion i think it is well deserved. We contracted this company to do a major landscape transformation on our garden, taking it from a typical grassed garden with brick patio area and decking into an modern ideal home type low maintenance and spacious feel dream garden. The work undertaken was challenging as we wanted to level the garden as well as change it's appearance. I can honestly say that I could not be more pleased that I choose this company. There knowledge and understanding of what we were looking to achieve went far beyond my expectation. They took note of what i had in my mind and turned it into reality. Saved us money in many areas without jeopardizing the quality. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. We will be having them back to do our next project at the front of the property without any hesitation.

Great. Sean and his colleague, plus digger and tracked barrow, made light work of lifting our old patio and re-profiling the terracing of the garden. Did more in two days, in spite of heavy rain for half of each day, than we could have done by hand in a month of sundays. Both guys were friendly and helpful, and had some useful ideas on the other things we were doing around the garden too. Also did a pretty decent cleanup afterwards, which was no mean feat after the rain turned the place into a mudbath! These guys know their stuff and they get on with it. They'll be back here for phase 2 as soon as we get some reliable weather. Recommended, definitely.
