Excellent team and very helpful. Design spec answered all our questions very promptly even when we asked for things to be changed/amended it was completed really quickly. The fixed price included unlimited alterations to get the final result and exactly what we wanted. They guided us through all the different stages and explained the process very clearly. I used Design Spec when designing my last project 11 Fillebrook Avenue and the whole team was great. We applied for a first floor, side and rear extension to what was previously a detached bungalow and achieved planning first time round. The project itself, significantly exceeded the ceiling price of the road, in no small part down to their designs.
