Dawson Bespoke Joinery

We carry out all aspects of joinery, and with a woodworking machine workshop we can manufacture bespoke timber products. Based in Stirling we have carried out many different projects from modern bars in hotels to working for Historic Scotland at Stirling Castle and many other historic buildings.

In our workshop we manufacture sash and case windows to match with the option of double glazed or single in hard wood or soft wood spring balance or traditional sash ropes. Doors are made to measure with the choice of timbers, and timber mouldings machined to to your profile.

Colin Dawson, owner of Dawson Bespoke Joinery, with 30 years of experience with advanced city and guilds in carpentry and joinery is always happy to give his advice on whats is best for your needs. It may be an easy repair to a window, or the replacement of doors and windows, or to supply what you need to carry out a DIY project.

Our work shop also provides for other local tradesmen that may struggle to match an existing mould for skirting or an architrave along with supplying the components needed for repairs.

Colin helped us design a new back door which he then supplied and fitted. Really pleased with the excellent standard of work, the door looks great!

Excellent service and quality. Door made to order to my specification which was exactly what I requested. Rotten windows replaced/repaired in an efficient manner. Colin was reliable and came when he said. I would use him for all future joinery work. Costs were reasonable for the work carried out
