This review has been written without malice, in the interest to protect others and AVOID parting with any monies. We contracted Steven (aka Billy) Davis, to conduct the work in our garden. We agreed the terms: price, commencement and completion of the work and paid a substantial amount of deposit for materials. Billy NEVER started any work, with a constant barrage of excuses. This person had every excuse in the book and managed to squeeze in additional ones too. He has been unable to provide a single receipt for items he claims he brought and has changed the name of supplier twice. We decided to cancel the contract due to non-performance, and wanted our money back, considering it had taken him weeks to do virtually nothing. This is where the second set of issues arose, he NEVER returned the money, we took Billy to court and have a CCJ against him; he has alluded the High Court writ officers, yes – we had to go this route too. To date, he has done zero work, returned zero pence back, lied and is without doubt, the fraudulent person we have come across. We have 100% evidence of everything that has transpired, from video footage to a lengthy text message trail. DO NOT PART with a single penny, when dealing with Billy!
