David has been great from the first point of contact right throughout. I had a strong view of what I wanted for an extension but David offered ideas and opinions which completely complimented the whole project and improved everything. He handled any issues that arose and kept me updated throughout the process. He was prompt in supplying us with initial plans and subsequent plans throughout.
