Most projects fall under two types of building regulation approval; site notice through the building contractor or submission of technical drawings. Check if party wall agreements are needed.
TIP! There is an opportunity to go for private approval for building regulations - who provide consultant service.
At this stage you should have a min of three building contractors prices from either the planning drawings or the more detailed plans and specifications. Optional additional architectural services such as 'working drawings' can be provided for the construction stage.

Great communication, professional attitude and extremely helpful, even after their part in the process was technically complete. When we encountered some difficulties due to the national rise in material and construction costs, Jonathan went above and beyond offering excellent suggestions and support to enable us to review our plans and continue with a build that would otherwise have been rendered null and void. Jonathan also put us in touch with other excellent professionals, including our Structural Engineer and Construction Team. The team full understood our vision but also suggested further ideas which really expanded on and developed our initial vision, resulting in a sympathetic but innovative design.
