Don’t think creative roots won’t do small. They’ve just finished landscaping steps down from a new conservatory onto a small patio and turfed a very uneven lawn in Lady Bay. Professional advice from beginning to end. Friendly, considerate, reliable and the finished product is excellent. Highly recommend with no reservations.

Second house, second garden by Creative Roots! I cannot express how happy I am with Neil and his team - from design, to build and maintenance - twice! I moved house two years ago and having used Creative Roots previously, wanted to use them again. But I was too impatient to wait six months and used another company who were awful! Thankfully Neil came and saved the day. Yes, I had to wait eight months to have my garden done, but it was absolutely worth it. I smile as I approach my house as I'm greeted by such a gorgeous sight. Neil listened to my requirements and designed a garden sympathetic to my needs, using lots of natural materials, which I adore. The work included taking down a crumbling old brick wall that was in danger of collapsing and rebuilding it. They did such a good job, and managed to save enough of the old brinks that it's now one of my favourite features. The team who did the build, Matt, Josh and Alex were great. Hard working and professional, they were respectful and friendly and happy to offer advice when asked. I felt very comfortable with them being at my house and even gave them a set of keys for when I wasn't around. It's an absolute pleasure looking out my window at the transformation they created and I can't wait to watch it develop as the months pass. I'm pretty clueless about gardening so I'll be using the maintenance team to help me keep it looking at it's best. Thank you again for making me a proud home owner yet again!

Creative Roots were appointed to build a high specification garden for one of my garden design clients. The quality of the initial quotation alone was first rate in its detail, the communication throughout the build excellent, and, most importantly for the client, the standard of the landscaping work exceptional. My clients are delighted with their new garden. I was treated with professional courtesy and was hugely impressed by the service both I and my client received. We wanted to transform our garden from a tradional style to a contemporary one and were absolutely delighted with the service we received from Creative Roots from beginning to end. Neil listened with great care throughout the design process and responded well to our ideas and worked very hard at getting a design that was just what we wanted. Once the team were on site, they were reliable, friendly, polite, knowledgeable and dedicated. They never forgot that it was our home and respected our space, keeping things neat and tidy and keeping us informed about progress. We were consulted with throughout and Neil went to great lengths to ensure that we were happy with the landscaping and design. The end result is our dream garden which we absolutely love!
