He was a pleasure to deal with throughout, he squeezed us into a gap in his schedule as we wanted to get it done ASAP, and his team were polite and fast-working on the day. There was a small detail missed on the day (the decorative balls on top of the fence), which Seb came to amend in just a few days and insisted we paid nothing until everything was completed to our satisfaction.
