Clive formed Guilor Petch Design Partnership with Ralph Guilor in 1986, and following Ralph’s retirement in 1993 continued as sole principal in Guilor Petch Architects. The name of the practice was changed to Clive Petch Architects in 1997, following which the practice has continued to undertake a wide range of diverse projects comprising residential, industrial, commercial and conservation / listed building schemes. The practice’s client base has continued to expand and includes many clients for whom we have carried out multiple projects over a period of many years.
Current & recent projects include:
Agronomy and Conference Centre for Agrii, Essex; Warehouses and offices for Howard Tenens in Sharpness, Manchester, Andover and Stroud; Listed building and residential scheme, Albion House, Gloucester; Residential care home extensions in Devon, Gloucestershire and Isle of Wight.
