Chris Thomas1 StarAppalling planning and workmanship, lack of onsite supervision of workmen, no customer service skills by owner who is unpleasant at best. Had to get BALI and Bradstone Assured team involved to deal with our complaint. Eventually agreed to some remedial works however they used the incorrect materials twice amongst other issues. Definitely steer clear of this company. Does not live upto all the hype on their website. A disappointment is an understatement.Wednesday 10th February 2016
