Angela Brett5 StarExceptionally helpfully when I was ordering new fence posts and gravel boards. I phoned several times with various questions and they were always polite and helpful. They also checked I was ordering the right length post even though I was not ordering panels from them. Due to the shortages the industry is having they did not have all my items in stock for collection so offered free delivery once they had the stock from an alternate store. Delivery was within a week and again the driver was very polite and friendly. Would definately recommend.Wednesday 18th May 2022
Peter Stephens3 StarOrdered a gate and it was made pretty quickly. Looked to be well constructed.
The day after collection our joiner started to fit it and pointed out it was warped. When I took this up with Challenge they pointed out all their terms and conditions - advised on collection not on ordering. They clearly have encountered complaints before because they knew all the answers. Regrettably our joiner had shaved a few millimetres off the bottom at one side as the wall had not been built square - in other words I had absolutely no comeback. They did put it in a press for me but to no avail. So, £246 for a gate that was not straight from day 1. Not recommended.Sunday 14th August 2022
