Management of the brickwork and blockwork for the traditional built housing development, situated on the river Trent was managed by the team at Cawdell Brickwork. This included a high rise apartment block with feature panels and specialist brickwork details. The riverside neighbourhood consists of 350 houses with the value of the site exceeding £1million. Another one of our student accommodations in the heart of Nottingham, which we supplied and managed the brickwork and blockwork for the build. The luxury accommodation consists of 460 bedrooms from 3 bedrooms with en suites to 5 bedrooms with en suites. Cawdell Brickwork also carried out some light demo work to the existing building. The accommodation includes a party room, cinema, washing and gym facilities. It has been rated as the third most 'Instagrammable' halls in the country.
