I hired Burgess Landscaping to redo a relatives garden after spending a long time debating companies and getting quotes. They were professional, prompt and didn't mind when I asked many questions that were probably quite silly or basic as I had very little experience hiring someone to do garden work. I can't thank you enough for your patience and attitude. Their work was absolutely wonderful with an exceptional attention to detail and honestly, no job was too much. The fencing was gorgeous and by the end of the job the garden looks totally different, my aunty can't get over how amazing her garden looks now and plans to spend a lot of time out enjoying it! I don't normally do reviews, but I had to for Burgess Landscaping. 110% if you're considering hiring someone, pick them and you won't be dissapointment.

First of all, I called to kindly ask you how long you will be and not demanded where you are so I can take her for her appointment. Secondly I am afraid your tone of voice and your words were very unprofessional. You can understand that everyone needs a rough timeframe what time you are coming around. Thirdly you said you already explained everything 30 times to my elderly mother in law . And why do you need to keep explaining over and over again. I am certain that you should not talk to an elderly person such disrespectful way because they may not remember everything and hear everything you are explaining from a distance. Unprofessional, inappropriate and disrespectful towards customers
