Excellent service. Not only did they deliver to my tenants property but fitted the fence panel in. Will definitely use them again and also the guy on the phone Neil was extremely helpful.

Made an appointment by phone to meet with Neil regarding plans for new cloakroom. He was extremely helpful , knowledgeable and patient. Forwarded a very reasonable estimate by email later the same day so hoping we can do business with Broadoak.

One star not low enough. Bought some fence posts online. Got e mail on 25/10 to say pick up. Went today 26/10 to pick up to be told that they were out of stock. Asked when they would be in the counter lady sated the new year. Asked who dealt with online orders to be told he was on holiday. Asked who sent me the email to say to pick up was “unavailable”. Agreed to get money back and told it would be several days as the internet sales were dealt by Karma. Stated that my contract was with Broadoak. Not holding my breath for refund today so I cannot get new poles today and have had to cancel the blokes who were erecting the fence. Quite understandably they are not happy. Two things I would like an answer to is. Why when you make mistakes it is not your problem leaving others to deal with the consequences of your actions/inactions Why have I not seen a reply from management to any comment on here. AVOID THIS COMPANY they have not got a clue. Addition to above. No call back from Broadoak as promised. Now there is a surprise.
