Shed delivered on the day given in order, delivery lads excellent and the shed quality is superb. All for the same price as you'd pay for a much less sturdy one from the big retailers. Can't recommend them enough

Excellent transaction, very friendly and helpful people. Some delay due to Covid19 but great communication so was kept informed. Arrived dead on time (amended time that is). The shed's quality is the best I've seen. Everything tongue and grooved, including roof and floor. All tanalised. It's survived heavy rain since installing, with no sign of a leak. Very pleased indeed. Oh, and the price was less than most of the inferior sheds!

Let me start by saying I am a retired carpenter and have made a few sheds in my time. However a large 16' x 8' is too much for me now. Generaly speaking my shed is reasonably well made apart from 2 issues. Firstly I have 4 windows in it and when it rains water runs down between the glass and the boards as there is no sill to prevent it. I made 4 small sills and fitted them myself to prevent this. Secondly the roofing felt is fixed using a staple gun not clout nails, clout nail heads will seal themselves into the felt unlike staples and there lies the second problem. When it rains the rain leaks through a number of staples and drips down into the shed. You can use staples but you need to put a roofing adhesive on the felt joints and where the staples go through to seal them. Clout nails would have been the best choice to fix the felt. When I rang to complain I was told firstly there was no guarantee on the roof, what not even within a couple of months? I was then told to buy my own felt sealer and that they would reimbursement me for it. I am nearly 70 and will struggle to climb up on a roof to apply the sealer. Finally, with a bit more thought and care this would have been an excellent shed but the points above let it down. If you decide to buy insist on the felt being fixed with clout nails. A small sill on each window would also be a good idea. I have included 3 photos *EDIT" The company response suggests I paid the lads directly. This is untrue. I paid a deposit to the company and the remainer to the company when it was completed. I never paid anybody directly but the company. The sills I fitted myself as per my pic as water would run down the glass behind the boards. This was a suggested improvement. I note the refrain from commenting on the leaking roof and the use of staples instead of clout nails which they should use as they are the correct fixings to use not staples which will leak through as in my case. BTW they managed to make the shed with a 2'6" door not 3' as I ordered but returned to replace half the front of the shed with the correct size door. However, I refused to pay the balance until they had put it right.
