Tim Griffiths1 StarGary Glyn Evans charged £640 for cleaning and repairing the guttering to my house. Three other contractors said they would have charged between £155 and £300 for the same work. The guttering continued to leak. Mr Evans returned to replace a corner bracket and attempted to charge me more. Following rain, the guttering leaked from elsewhere. In April 2022, in my claim under the Consumer Rights Act for overcharging and poor service, the judge ordered Mr Evans to pay me compensation which he did. Mr Evans has used four different business addresses in the last two years.Sunday 24th April 2022
