Kathryn Ryan4 StarThis is my 3rd visit to Brambles it was a very rainy day so was surprised it was so busy, which speaks volumes. We did wait a while for our order but expected due to the amount of visitors. As previous visits it was worth the wait. Lovely environment, gorgeous food and friendly staff.

Janice Williams3 Star1 member of staff came across as quite abrupt when I was ordering coffee asked for hot milk for my americano gave me cold which she did exchange but came across as too much trouble no apologies. What happened to please/ thank you ?? I also asked for pot of hot water but she was too quick to go to the next customer but the guy taking food orders & payment gave me the water. He was smiley & pleasant. Previous visits staff have been lovely.Wednesday 23rd March 2022

Jim Tait1 StarFour of us have now been visiting Brambles for 5 weeks and each visit has ended with our table being left covered with our used plates and cup/saucers. as we normally buy a savoury dish first with a hot drink then follow it with a sweet dish and hot drink, you can imagine what a clutter is left on the table because it's never cleared unless we pack it all up and take it to the counter! Nice food, good coffee but time we need to move on...Sunday 5th September 2021
