Fantastic job! Ben and James replaced all our upstairs sash windows and we could not be more pleased with the result! All made to measure sashes with double glazing. The workmanship is first rate and the work was carried out quickly and with minimal mess. Ben and James left everywhere very tidy. I can’t wait to get the downstairs windows done too and would highly recommend them if you are thinking of replacing your sash windows.

Ben did a great job with our timber sash windows in Bath. They were fitted quickly and he took effort and time at the end of the job to ensure the correct final detailing was applied. We also really appreciated the efforts he made to tidy and clean at the end of each day so that it didn’t feel like we were living on a building site!

Ben Padfield is a first rate joiner who made very good sash windows for my Victorian house. He understood that the last supplier (for whom he had once worked) had not met all my expectations in regard to colour matching etc of the wood and he was attentive to the staining. We were delayed a fair amount by covid but when he arrived the job was completed well within two working days. My only real suggestion is that he arrange or recommend a reliable person to collect the discarded windows once the job is completed. Recommend him to anyone wanting character wood windows.

Ben (&James) took every effort to efficiently and skillfully replace our 100 year old sash windows with identical (double glazed) replicas. Each day they left the house tidy and when the job was complete there was no trace of them having been here (apart from the lack of road noise or rattling windows). Could not recommend them more highly
