Last year Stephen and his team from Blue Gate cut down and completely removed an old, six feet tall and very broad, Castlewellan Gold hedge from my front driveway. A few weeks later I engaged them to trim all six sides and tops of my three similar hedges which border my rear garden, which I would say totalled about 200 or more feet in length of hedging and therefore approximately 600 feet length of cutting. They cut down and removed the front hedging in two days, and trimmed the rear hedges in one day. With each job, they worked extremely hard, and efficiently, only stopping for a very short lunchtime snack. They were very diligent throughout and were very particular in tidying not just my property but also the neighbours gardens after cutting the hedges on their sides also. I found them to be very pleasant, hardworking and extremely trustworthy, and I was very satisfied indeed with the standard of all their work; so much so that I have booked them to come again in a few weeks time to do the hedges again this year. What better recommendation could I give than by using the same firm again. I am happy to recommend Stephen and his team to you with confidence. They deliver the quality job that you pay for. 5* service each time. Harry.

Contacted Blue Gate Gardening in relation to work I was looking done. The company were honest and upfront in saying they weren't available to do the work within my timeframe due their busy work schedule, but told me exactly what to do to complete my job and provided a list of companies to source supplies from. They didn't have to do this and it was much appreciated as I managed to do the work myself with good results. It's a pity other companies aren't as professional, honest and helpful to those that contact them.
