Terrible service. We were booked in for tree removal and turfing on different weeks. Some areas of damage were caused on the first job, the staff were actually caught trying to cover up a small chunk theyd broken out of our path by packing in it and rubbing on handfuls of soil from the edge of our lawn rather than being honest about it which was dissappointing, as well as making a mess of the edge of the lawn on top of everything else! They replaced a piece of fence for us that they also broke and we left it at that as we are reasonable people and do appreciate accidents can happen when moving machinery etc. We're not the complaining type and wouldn't have left a bad review at that point despite those issues however the second part of the job was supposed to be booked in for this week. No one turned up. We've heard nothing, can't get hold of anyone on the phone, and have had no response to messages or email. We've waited 2 months to get this done and could have had someone else to do it by now, and to not even have had a phonecall with an apology or explanation is a disgrace. We had quite alot of work planned for our garden but we will now be booking it all elsewhere.

I did have them booked in before the corona pandemic but they unfortunately had to close and they got back in touch with me when they reopened and im so pleased I stuck with them, the guys who came to do the work are great and professional and had the job done so quick and at a great price. Highly recommended with the experience I had with them. I'm going to have them back to do my front garden in the future.

Very good service and excellent design. The work was carried out to a very high standard. They made over my front and back gardens. We have had many compliments from neighbours and would not hesitate to recommend them. Would definitely use them again.

I order and have delivered a truck load of logs and can highly recommend the company. From ordering to delivery they are polite and efficient and the logs are great just ready for using. I'm a very satisfied customer.

A very promising website, but this company just do not value the customer. I contacted them through their website form on a Friday, and received a call back 4 days later by their very polite office manager. We arranged a visit for Jonathon, at 18:00 a week later, to quote on a Sycamore and two other trees which need removing in my garden. I had to make a special effort to leave work early and get home for 18:00. Jonathon then did not show or ring to apologise, despite having my number. I rang the office manager the next day to complain and to give them one more chance. She was not aware of the missed appointment and said she would call back with a new time. This was two weeks ago and I have not heard from them since. Very disappointing, I wouldn't bother with them as their customer service is appalling.
