Mike Draine1 StarWe engaged Benson Design to produce plans for a new build property for us. He did an initial floor plan and we discussed some changes, Never did the changes, did not answer my calls, emails or text messages for over a month and has forced us to go elsewhere as we are left in the dark. Totally unnecessary a quick call or message to update us would have taken less than five minutes. Over two months wasted on this . Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Alison Richards1 StarWaited for weeks..We just needed load baring wall calculations and Peter offered his services.
His engineer never appeared.
Peter was unresponsive, 17 emails to him and only excuses. We have wasted so much time getting nowhere.
Called a Professional Structural Engineering Company in Wakefield yesterday...... He was here this morning, drawings ready by next Friday!, That is what we wanted.
