Belderbos recently completed a total transformation of our garden. The team were fabulous; they turned up every day, worked hard, problem solved and most importantly for us were polite and respectful. I actually miss having them around. The standard of the work is very high and we have already had numerous compliments about our new space. Just a lovely company to work with.

The project started full of promise and the design team were very engaging and knowledgeable. However the build phase quickly became a disaster. Our small London garden was completed 4 months late - resourcing the project was clearly an issue and we felt the team lacked professionalism. For example, we took several days off work to meet with the Belderbos team only for them to not turn up on the day. There was no engagement from management throughout the project despite the ongoing delays and missed milestones. We are happy with the finished product but wouldn't use Belderbos again and would advise anyone considering their services to insist on a contract with financial penalties for a delayed completion date.
