Barkers Fencing and Landscaping Centre
By constantly looking to enhance our range of products and way of working Barkers Fencing has grown from an operation which started with no more equipment than a wheelbarrow into a thriving, still expanding Fencing and Landscaping company.
We have a wide range of vehicles and equipment, including Bobcat Loaders, Crane off-load wagons and mini-diggers to ensure we can complete any job safely and efficiently. We are also constantly on the look-out for additional product ranges that can enhance even further the Fencing and Landscaping products and services we can offer you.
The choice of decking has been expanded and there are now more than forty types of decorative aggregates to choose from, available loose or in bulk bags. The company's main site on Spittal Hardwick Lane, midway between Castleford and Pontefract, is very much a one-stop-shop for a wide range of timber and concrete products including top quality paving, fittings and accessories right down to screws and nails.
We also supply Rolawn turf, an example of Barkers’ insistence on only supplying the best.
However, fencing remains at the heart of the company's business. Trading since 1994, we have tens of thousands of happy customers who have benefited from our Fencing service alone. Barkers Fencing employ more than a hundred full time staff in season, have a fleet of over thirty vehicles and carry a big stock of all lines for quick supply and delivery.
