Maggie Hartley5 StarMoving house, so using B and Q a lot at the moment. Some things are more expensive than other shops but a great selection, particularly for paint and wallpaper. Today the man on the checkout advised us to use a different discount voucher as it would save us more money. A big big thank you for thatSunday 23rd July 2023
Teresa Slotwinska3 StarWell. I ordered Christmas tree on line and received txt messages that my order is ready to pick up. Next day I went to and had hard to find this place but in the end I did and went to store but they HADN'T my order. Instead they offered me 🎄 for £5 which I bought because I hadn't another alternative. And received my money already from my first order. Service was absolutely very helpfulMonday 26th December 2022
Marco Pernicone5 StarWe been here yesterday to collect a purchase. Jack was really kind and helpful. Thanks to him we were able to purchase exactly what we need. Highly recommended shop. Really polite people.Thursday 27th April 2023
Andy Wade5 StarToday I found myself stuck with a flat battery, but one of the members of staff at the Weston super mare store went and got a battery pack and got my bike started. I can't thank him enough. B&Q are definitely hiring the right people 👍👍👍Sunday 9th July 2023
Jean Wilson2 StarI went for the garden centre. Not being looked after everything desperate for water. Wanted to buy a dying plant but she said she couldn't reduce it. Then said they all go in the bin!. How terrible. When you love plants as I do it's awful to see them all dying.
Bad management I guess.Saturday 8th July 2023
