False advertising led to damaged product, namely the ECO KNAUF INSULATION ROLL. Spent over £330, complained, nothing was done, complete silence. WARNING! This trashy product is EXTREMELY itchy! I recommend using it with full coveralls and full respirator. Unless you like the feeling of choking on asbestos...

I have spent a few thousand pound recently on up grading my house at this place. They will not be getting any more business from myself ever again due to the following. I bought a vanity unit with matching sink and taps and had it delivered. I unpacked everything and built the unit. Mounted the sink and taps and plumbed it in. I then found 2 items for the drawers were missing. At b & q I was told as I did not check all parts before assembly no spare parts or help was available. So I now have a unit with only 1 of 2 drawers installed. Disgusted at the attitude of b&q and the vanity unit supplier. Time to shop somewhere else where you are treat with respect and help.

Have been served quite few times lately by LAUREN who used to work at Scitswood Road Branch... She's like a breath of fresh air... so very helpful with great cx service.. Always says hello n asks how ure doing. Makes the shopping experience so much nicer.... Quite few of the other staff on tills could do with some of her charm..... Also Bill in garden centre is a real trooper too n was very helpful on a visit this week.... Thanks again. 😊.

Good selection of products of a good range of value from basic to quality. Average to expensive compared to some places with a variety of competent staff some are very knowledgeable willing and helpful and some not so much. I shop here a lot for convenience but have noticed a few times I've been over charged on what I've bought. Bought one item today and was charged £4 more than the price label said. When I challenged the staff after payment we all returned to the fixture to find it had been filled with the wrong size item by there staff. I beleive this is a regular thing so take your time and double check when your at the till. I explained that since it was labeled at the cheaper price it had to be sold at that price so manged to get it for the cheaper price.
