Also looking for some plumbing and fixings, things always put back in wrong place by other customers, frustrating but eventually found what I needed. A.P. Walker5 StarWe purchased white emulsion for decorating, I took the silk instead of the matt. So went to return it today .
We saw Colin, who originally served us saying that I could exchange it for the Matt. He then added my b&q clubcard credits as i had forgotten the card when originally purchased the emulsion.
He is a polite and reliable member of staff.

jeffrey jarvis1 StarPoor service I whated to know what the price was on a wooden trellis as it had no barcode on it she told it was £38 I said no that's not right she said well that the price I've got so I went and checked on the shelf it was priced at £29.80 I went and showed the price and she didn't care so I didn't buy anything and I will not be going to B&Q again. Annie4 StarWent to get paint. Huge choice of colours that they mix for you. Chose their cheapest own brand bathroom and kitchen paint which dried to a lovely soft sheen. Will definitely be buying this again.Thursday 9th February 2023
