When you look on line to see if they have what your looking for, then you go in and they say no, some of the older people can't be bothered to look, their a lovely young lad so helpful he will try and find what you are looking for,they need more like him,

Been going here for years, have to say that stock online is hardly ever updated for this store. Told by the store manager to return the next day for an item that I was assured would be in the delivery after checking, then told by the manager himself it could take hours to find it and to keep checking online or call before I leave. Automated message says b&q not taking stock check calls due to social distancing?! Manager does not seem to know or care about giving customers advice, very laid back and face to face discussion or questions almost brushed off as if he has no time. Very poor service!
