Visited 3.6.22 but disappointed that the shop looked SO untidy in several different departments. I didn't enjoy the visit as the shop was far too busy and the big queue at the tills, is always the same! 🙄 Worst part of the visit was using the ladies toilet (on the ground floor) as the floor was absolutely filthy, one cubicle was out of order and the other 2 needed a right good clean. The large toilet roll was not even in the dispenser and it was very dirty with lying on the floor. The wall heater was totally filthy and looked like it has never been cleaned. 😩 I decided to about turn, rather than use these dirty and unhygienic facilities. Management need to address all of these points ASAP! but the filthy toilets need a serious DEEP CLEAN and some sort of daily/hourly cleaning rota adhered to, like most other shops do! I will not be rushing back any time soon! 😡😠

This is a brilliant big store with absolutely fantastic staff. I recently lost £200 cash and one of the staff members found it on the shop floor and handed it in to the office. When I got home and realised I'd lost my cash I was so upset. To be reunited with it was such a relief. I was in tears and so thankful to this very good team of people.... can't praise them highly enough ❤️
