We had been let down by another trader, and didn’t know where to turn, but we were so pleased to find B Fletcher Fabrications on google maps and to visited their website where we could see clear examples of previous work, which impressed us and so we got in touch, and Bernard responded quickly and came to assess the job at the agreed time. In our case we’d noticed a weakness in the brick piers which carry two heavy wrought iron gates across the drive. We didn’t want to lose the piers or have the gates altered, and were very pleased when Bernard assessed the situation and suggested a great solution, which needed some on-site fabrication and the fitting of quality metal posts, and which were also bolted to the old piers to support them in place. Wish we’d come across B Fletcher Fabrications right at the beginning. The overall experience was fantastic, done at a competitive price, with the work carried out when planned by Bernard, all in a friendly and personable manner, with everything left clean & tidy. Found Bernard after a Google search and a ridiculous quote from another firm. Bernard discussed what I wanted/needed and quoted promptly. He indicated when he could do the job, communicated well at all times and never once let me down with appointments to visit, measure up or fit. The quality of the railings fitted is superb and I can recommend Bernard to anyone needing this type of work. Quality at an honest price!
