We are a family run Tree Surgery Company based in Overton on dee, Wrexham, North Wales and Malpas, Chester, Cheshire. We supply a full range of Tree services allowing all our customers to be provided with a complete satisfactory solution at a competitive price. Fantastic service from James, Alex and the Axcess Tree Services team. They have been on-site at our home in Cheshire for several days doing lots of different work. They even fitted in an extra day when we expanded the brief. We used Axcess Tree Surgery to prune and lower a large section of hedge in our field which had grown into the telephone wire. They arrived early on the day and worked hard to clear this, leaving a nice cut hedge which will be easy to maintain. They left some of the logs for us to season and use and very little mess other than the chippings which we can use ourselves. Very pleased with their work, reasonably priced and will use again to lower other hedges and take a diseased Ash tree down. We had a complex site awaiting to go for planning permission in an area surrounded by houses in a residential area. We needed the site to have a good clear, but show respect for the residents in the surrounding area. The job was excellent and very competently fulfilled. A fabulous professional team and manager. Professional service throughout.   I hired Access Tree Services to remove two trees close to my house which had been damaged during a storm, they were hanging over my roof with the potential to cause serious damage, when I called Access they responded to my dilemma immediately, they removed the trees quickly and safely, potentially saving the roof of my house, they also cleaned up all of debris afterwards leaving the place spotless. Throughout the entire process they were professional, courteous, punctual and very competitively priced, I would definitely recommend their services.   Brilliant service and highly professional setup. Their attitude and attention to detail is first rate. They know what they're doing, work safely and seem to have the best equipment available. They pollarded four huge riverside willow trees for us in no time, didn't damage anything else, kept the river clear of debris and tidied up well afterwards. Alex and his team have done a fantastic job of reducing a very long conifer hedgerow by around 7 feet to a much more manageable height. The whole area was tidied away and they were even considerate enough to suggest we move our car to prevent it getting dusty from the chipper. Highly recommended

James and his team have carried out 2 visits to cut down and chip overgrown hawthorn trees, conifers and removal of a large willow. Alex provided us with expert advice and guidance regarding tidying up 2 oak trees(crown lift) and pruning a field maple. Following a last minute call, the team were on site the same day and carried out the essential work efficiently, they were polite and professional leaving the area clean and tidy. I would highly recommend them and have other work I will be happy to have them complete.

Can highly recommend this team. Mine was only a small job but a very awkward one with difficult access to tree routes that needed cutting and treating . James did not hesitate, he was so helpful, very reasonable price and such a lovely pleasant guy to deal with . Great professional service.
