After seeing their work was really keen to renovate my garden. After making contact with them they arranged a date to come and give me a quote, although cancelled the day before. They agreed to reschedule although have then ignored every message I have sent since, even had other people message and they are being ignored too. Unprofessional and poor communication, not something you want if your going to be paying thousands! Maybe I had a lucky escape

I got in touch by phone, email and text. No response at all not even to say they are fully booked. Some one who is so busy can messages after 3 hours on a public fourum but cannot answer a private call, text, or email after several weeks. Yes I have been unable to do the work and disability stopped my husband this is the reason we sought help.

Michael has an excellent eye for planning, creating aesthetically pleasing and original designs. He is able to execute this with accuracy and strives for perfection when completing his projects. I have been delighted with the standard of work his company has achieved on both the jobs they have done for me. Highly recommended.

I could wait until tomorrow when my front and back gardens are completely finished but I just don't need to. The work that Michael and Ross have done to create my dream garden is 2nd to absolute NONE!!! I had a budget in mind and one of the more well known companies gave me 3 quotes and the lowest was £15,000, that's right FIFTEEN THOUSAND POUNDS OVER my budget. Autumn Leaves came in and created a few different designs and even though I went for the more expensive one it was still lower than my budget and I never even told them my budget!! I was told from day one that whatever I was quoted the price would never go up regardless of whether they needed to spend extra to do what they had planned and true to their word it never did. I know there were expenditures over what they had planned but they took the hit rather than me. I would have no qualms in recommending these guys to literally every single person I know and beyond and that is exactly what I'm going to do. Thank you Michael & Ross, you've made a family of 7 extremely happy!!!
