Seemed ok, gave reasonable quote for regular maintenance. Then when ready to use clarified lots extra costs which were mostly understood to be included previously. Seems wants small quick jobs for ££££ not into doing much actual graft for the amount asked. Hedge trimming cost was x3 other quotes from gardeners. Update: I've updated to 3 star, as maybe 2star was a bit unfair. He was very courteous and polite, and came out quickly and does do good job for my neighbour at price they are happy with. However, I didn't add no extra jobs i told you what I wanted, and its what you said at the time, fair enough if it was a misunderstanding but I was pretty sure of what you'd said until I was ready to go ahead then the hedge was suddenly extra. Also given 70% my lawn was dead as I was replanting it, I suggested other jobs to do if you were to start before my lawn was established. Which you chose not to agree to. I felt it was a bit of a waste of money giving you £40 to literally pull a few weeds and trim 30% of my lawn. Yes I got my job done and it's looking fine. Garden is nearly done up. £40 for a quick lawn trimming = easy money in my book, esp when it's 30% of my garden. As for insulting, I don't think you understand what an insult is, you're being overly sensitive. This was a factual fair review of my experience. Good luck and as I understand it the other neighbours are Very happy with your work, so you got nothing to worry about. Maybe your price is fine for them, but it's a bit excessive in my book, especially given I still enjoy doing garden myself and would be doing every 2 weeks so not sure what would be left to do if much at all if all you're doing is a lawn trimming.

I used Greg and the team for a backgarden landscaping and front hedges, the service was excellent, I relied heavily on his knowledge and he delivered. He was also very creative and great help at the design stage. Highly recommended
