ASW Architectural Services is a professional and friendly family run architectural design practice based in Lincolnshire. Specialising in residential & domestic projects with everything from home extensions to barn conversions or a new build project, we have creative solutions to meet your design needs. We produce architectural drawings and support / guide you through the design process of your project which is likely to include planning and building regulations applications. We help you to take ideas and turn them into a reality!

A large 2 storey extension, simply using the loft space for more than just storage or creating a porch area to get the coats and boots out of the hallway. It could be converting a barn or a complete new build project. Whatever your needs we are here to help, creating the home which works for you!

We are based in the small village of Timberland, Lincolnshire which is situated between larger villages of Metheringham, Billinghay and Woodhall Spa, we also cover the surrounding areas of Branston, Conningsby, Horncastle, Navenby and Tattershall. Located between Lincoln, Sleaford and Boston we are centrally based to assist you with your project.

We work across the UK assisting client’s with their projects. Over the years we have worked in many areas including Lincolnshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Greater London.
