Would not cut the grass outside my house although it's been cut regularly in the past, apparently its not now on the current cutting plan. I pay Ashford Borough council taxes the same as all the other propertys in the road so why the demarcation line. I have also been unable to get though to the office for an explanation after a number of days trying Perhaps someone from Aspire or Ashford Council could explain. I'm an 80 year old and disabled and now paying for someone to cut the council's grass. This also applies to my neighbour grass

A pathway close to my house I regularly use became very overgrown with sharp bushes. It was almost covering one whole side of the pathway making it very hard to share with others who were passing. I made a complaint to Ashford Borough Council who acknowledged my complaint the same day and advised they had instructed Aspire to attend. A couple of days later I received notification that the job was complete. I went to have a look and was happy to see that Aspire had cleared all the overgrown bushes very well and had cut the grass on the football pitched and removed the vandalised goal post. The response time was excellent. I do not have a bad thing to say about Aspire. I just hope they stay on top of it!
