Booked them to complete a job in the garden and to demolish and erect a new shed. The work was undertaken promptly. One of the workers was arrogant and almost rude despite giving them at least 3 cups of coffee a day. This particular worker then refused to cut a hedge as agreed with the owner prior to the job. I phoned the owner who made them return to complete the job. The shed was completed. Payment was made. We noticed that the shed was not finished off perfectly and the owner agreed to come back and do it "next week". That was three months ago and we are still waiting for his return despite several texts and phone calls
