DunadryThis is the end result of our On-Site 3D Design Service. For the patio area, products include our TerraPave flags in Rimini Ground and Regal Stone walling in Basalt. Surrounding the house our River Stone paving in Blackwater was used for pathways.view case study OmaghBoth the upper and lower paths and the pergola area features our Country Cobble paving in Cashel colour (2 sizes mixed in a random pattern) with a Slate single row as a border. River Stone paving was installed in the sloping driveway, in the beautiful Ballintoy, for a contemporary look. If some one is about to start a project around there house would really consider not using A&G, i have been put thought hell with them.what has been a very hard year for our family this project was meant to me a happy thing some thing to look forward but it has just made my pain 10 time worse, it was great at the start, great design person, loved our design all was great, visited fivemiletown outside rooms to look at the products was chatting away to us, showed that sale person our project, was impressed with the size of project for a house and the volume of there products was in it and asked us when completed could they photograph it which i agreed, so order all up, paid in full was told it was going to be 10 day apart from one part of the order which there wasn't a rush on anyway so no problem there i was happy enough, organised contactor that was doing work. 2 weeks later no product, call up got passed for one person to another, told i'd get a phone call back never came, called again was told in fivemiletown was nothing to do with them it was all toome called them told me a lorry was coming to me the day after, great job i thought, Only a small amount of my order landed, called toome they tell me thats all they had for me and the rest was coming from fivemiletown, phone call after phone call and emails no one would just give me a straight answer when i was getting my order just transferred from answer phone to answer phone of sale people, dispatch just blamed the sales person, no one would just be straight with me. Every now again i'd get a lorry going to you tomorrow morning with ur order, but yet again it be only a pallet r two this has went on for about 9 weeks now till the order day they have sent me a product thats not on my order but similar just to get me gone. . I've lost my contactor now 3 time over the head of them an will probably have a building site for the outside of my house till next year at this stage. I'm not one to complain. Never left a preview before, all i ever wanted from A&G was a phone call,email back which never happened with a straight answer of what was happening and i would of been happy instead of making a joke out of me by passing me from one person to the next and from site to site. Instead i'm sitting out of pocket, with a house like a building site and not evening sure if i've got my complete order that i paid for, i have just given up at this stage,

Would not recommend using this company as they took an order and PAYMENT whilst I booked a guy to do the Labour for the specific date that they told me they would arrive, wondering why I hadn’t received a confirmation email I call them back to see if they could send me it, only to be told I would be called back, when they finally did decide to call they then told me that the flags I ordered and was told they where in stock weren’t and I’d have to wait another month on top if I wanted them I’m now currently waiting on a refund. Save your time and order else where.
